Homemade Fries

Ingredients

  • Potatoes 3-5

  • Vegetable or Olive Oil: 1-2 Tablespoons

  • Salt: 1-2 Teaspoons

  • Pepper: 1-2 Teaspoons

  • Onion Powder: 1 Tablespoon

  • Garlic Powder: 1 Tablespoon

  • Chili Powder: 2 Teaspoons

  • Red Pepper Flakes: 2 Teaspoons

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

1. Wash potatoes very well to rid them of any dirt.

2. Place potatoes on a cutting board and cut potatoes to your desired fry shape. Once potatoes are cut into fries, use a paper towel to pat fries dry.

3.Place fries on a baking sheet then toss with a tablespoon or two of oil.

4. Once fries are coated with oil, season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and chili powder.

*5. Spread fries into a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Carefully take baking sheet out of oven and serve immediately to enjoy fresh, hot fries.
