Ingredients

  • 6 Slices of bacon

  • Sourdough bread

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato

  • Mayo

Preparation

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy on a skillet or in the oven. Drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.

  2. Toast the bread lightly to add crunch and prevent sogginess.

  3. Prepare the vegetables: Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and slice the tomatoes evenly.

  4. Assemble the sandwich: Spread mayonnaise or your favorite condiment on the bread slices. Layer the bacon, lettuce, and tomato evenly.

  5. Season lightly with salt and pepper to enhance the tomato’s flavor.

  6. Close the sandwich and cut it in half for easy eating.
