Preparation
Step 1: Prepare Chicken
Cut chicken breasts into even pieces, about 1 to 1.5 inches. This size cooks evenly and fits well on a fork or in a bite. Pat chicken breast pieces dry.
Step 2: Coat the Chicken
Mix flour with your seasonings in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Dip each chicken piece into the egg, then coat it in the flour mixture. For extra crispiness, double dip by repeating the egg and flour steps.
Step 3: Cook the Wings
Frying: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry chicken pieces in batches for 4-6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
Step 4: Toss the Sauce
Once cooked, toss the wings in the sauce while they are still hot. This helps the sauce stick and flavors the wings perfectly.
