Delicious and Affordable Chicken Bake with Creamy Risotto

Ingredients

4 Chicken breasts (or thighs)

1 Tablespoon of oil

1 Tablespoon of garlic powder

1 Tablespoon of onion powder

1 Tablespoon of clove

1 Jar of pasta sauce

1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

1 Package of garlic risotto

2 2/3 Cup of water

Preparation

Chicken Bake

Preheat the oven to 425°F.1. Oil the baking dish with olive oil (or vegetable oil)2. Place the chicken in a baking dish in a single layer. Add sauce on top of the chicken.3. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, and clove. Sprinkle the spices evenly over each piece.4. Cover with breadcrumbs then sprinkle with shredded cheese.5. Bake covered with foil for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the cheese is golden and bubbly.6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Risotto

1. Prepare the water by placing it in a pot and bring to a boil.2. Once boiling, add risotto and turn down to medium heat.3. Stir every couple of minutes while waiting for risotto to fully absorb all water. Once water is absorbed, serve and enjoy!
