Ingredients
4 cups mixed greens or lettuce
4 cooked lean turkey burger patties, sliced or crumbled
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup pickles, diced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Dijon mustard
Ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
Cheese of choice
Preparation
Place greens in a large bowl.
Arrange turkey burger, tomatoes, pickles, and red onion on top.
Add avocado slices.
Add cheese.
Drizzle olive oil, ketchup or mustard over the bowl.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss lightly or serve as is.
