Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
1/2 cup chopped chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup milk
Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, sugar, melted chopped chocolate
Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, add cocoa powder, flour, baking soda. Add milk after mixing dry ingredients.
Add dry to wet: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep brownies tender.
Add extras: Stir in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
Bake: Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool and serve: Let brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
