About the Recipe

Ingredients

1 Cup of grapes cut into fourths

1 Cup of apple diced

1 Orange peeled and segmented

1 Tablespoon of lemon juice

1/4 Cup of shredded coconut

Preparation

1. Combine all the fruits in a large bowl.

2. Juice lemon then pour over the fruit.

3. Add in shredded coconut.

4. Toss gently to coat

5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
