Ingredients
3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 packets ranch seasoning mix (about 1 ounce)
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Preparation
Prepare the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
Add Cream Cheese
Cut the cream cheese into cubes and scatter them on top of the chicken. This will melt down and create the creamy base for the dish.
Cook on Low
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours. The chicken should be tender and easy to shred.
Shred the Chicken
Shred the chicken with two forks. Top with bacon and sprinkle with cheese!
Serving
Place the lid back on and wait until cheese has melted. Once melted, serve as desired!
