Quick & Easy Rice Crispy Treats

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal

  • 4 cups mini marshmallows (about 10 oz)

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.

  2. Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and smooth.

  3. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the rice cereal until evenly coated.

  4. Press the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan using a spatula or wax paper.

  5. Let cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
